By seeing my blog, u can noe that i m a huge avatar fan.....

here are the short biography of each main character,

Katara:A female waterbender which found aang in the iceberg. She lives with her brother sokka in the southern water tribe. Katara is the only waterbender in the southern water tribe as for the last 100 years, the fire nation have been capturing all the other southern waterbenders. She managed to survive util now as her mother surrendered herself as the last waterbender to protect katara. She have strong anger to the fire nation for killing her mother. She is a strong-willed girl which can do anything if she trust within.(she can even control the movement of a human/animal which is known as blood bending....)

Sokka:Katara's brother. He is sometimes protective of her sister as it was his duty by his dad to protect katara. His father is fighting in a war to stop the fire nation. Sokka had 2 girlfriends.first, one was suki, the leader of the kyoshi. i will ltr explain in my later post..... second, one was princess yueh of the northern water tribe. but due to spirtual reasons, she sacrificed herself to recover the moon spirit.
